It's scheduled in Spain. SOme pharmacies are more "friendly". Venezuela is one country were AAS (at least test, deca...) are OTC.

Unfortunately there are some countries where they allow their citizens to make their own decisions. We really should petition the UN so they can put a stop to this.

Well, almost in the whole South American Jungle you can buy steroids at any pharmacy as you buy aspirins. Now, in the US is not illegal. It is "controlled" that doesn't mean the same. And under my criteria our law is good; and the reason for this is because for example in south america the people doesn't know about steroids usage or they don't have the knowledge of the thousands and thousands of young people that excercise in this country; so they don't need YET to control these substances. In our case, if we let steroids OTC, i'm sure we will have monster 18-20 year old freaks in the streets dying of heart problems and dozens of related problems at 35-40 years old.
