Is it worthwhile to stack tongkat ali with Ostarine?

I started taking Ostarine 25mg 3 days ago. I have a friend who is a big fan of tongkat ali, he makes his own capsules with the 200:1 powder extract and gave me a free bottle. I've never tried it alone, wondering if it would be a good idea to stack this with the Ostarine, and if so what kind of dose I should use (I've got 50 caps of 550 mg 200:1). Thanks!

Stacking only makes sense if you have a genuine tongkat ali. Most tongkat ali on the market is fake. Even some large companies have been duped into selling tribulus terrestris under the claim that it is tongkat ali. And then there are the veterinary meds sold by Chinese cheats, or ridiculous tincture nonsense (1 extract capsule is good for a liter of tincture).

You could try it out, however HCGenerate would be much better to stack with Ostarine

you can always try it but your far better off taking hcgenerate, which you KNOW works and stacks perfectly with it as opposed to "something your friend made" That's up to you bro, but i would not even chance it, i would go with what YOU KNOW works... I would love to see someone do these with some before and during lab work.
