Is it worth getting smaller

If I had absolutely no carbs in my everyday diet for a week or 2, how would it effect me? Would I constantly be tired? I would lose a shitload of fat would I ? bf % might go down? Im looking to get cut for this summer, I got yohimburn on the way as well.
 
I would like to see a response as well. After that long without carbs, I can only imagine you would have to feel like utter shit. Moreover, you would be flat as hell. When you did consume carbs, you would blow up and hold a ton of water. How much protein would he have to consume to save muscle? I would think it would be 500-600 grams. Am I wrong in this regard?

Interesting question. I've never heard of anyone going THAT long with NO carbs.
 
did no carbs and a lot of cardio for 4 weeks didnt lose too much muscle due to a healthy 400-500gs of protein everyday, felt very tired most of the day just walking around seemed like a hassle and i got very moody personality wise.......did feel a little better when ate more fat .......i lost about 13lbs and went from about 12-13% (some abs) bodyfat to maybe 7-8 range (nice 6, with some cool oblique lines) strength and weight workouts suffered massively.....a lotta pros and a lotta cons

ditto bro, you need SOME carbs in your diet.
 
if you are gonna take in some carbs take them in green veggies at meals then use about 50gs of simple carbs post workout
 
i usually go on a no carb diet to get ready for the summer.what i do is no carbs till m muscles start looking flat, then take a carb up day, actually cheat day and then start over again.
sometimes i can go two weeks with no carbs and muscles still look full and sometimes only four days and i need to eat carbs.
get too know your body thats the best advice.
the good part about it fat drobs off very quickly, the bad part is strength sucks, mood, sucks and even with over 1 gram of test i dont feel horny arggghhh..
