i usually go on a no carb diet to get ready for the summer.what i do is no carbs till m muscles start looking flat, then take a carb up day, actually cheat day and then start over again.
sometimes i can go two weeks with no carbs and muscles still look full and sometimes only four days and i need to eat carbs.
get too know your body thats the best advice.
the good part about it fat drobs off very quickly, the bad part is strength sucks, mood, sucks and even with over 1 gram of test i dont feel horny arggghhh..
