Is it true that you shouldn't do flyes until later on for better chest shape?

Ok, but flyes with free dumbells require much more neurological control than flyes with a fixed peck deck machine. Did the studie also mentioned that?


BTW: this only illustrates how important the mind muscle connection is and that you are not only should be concerned by moving heavy weight but to make sure it stresses the right places, which is why i give thumbs up again for the dumbell presses.

Vortexx - I agree. I guess a beginner interested in very quick results might want to stick to machines of all sorts, and then slowly integrate freeweights in over the first 1-2 months of training.
