Is it recommended to do cardio while "On"?

With my 1st cycle, Im going to be consuming alot of calories for good gains and mass as part of my bulk, thing is, I hope to also drop some BF and I know diet is key here, so should I do some cardio or just drop it all together in favor of conserving calories for growth? Im thinking once or twice a week cant be that bad and will actually help with water weight, BP, bloat and whatnot, so whats your take bros?

I hear you man, it really makes me feel bad for not doing cardio after long periods of time though and when I do do the cardio during bulking, I feel more pressure on my joints and I tire easier because of the increased weight put on during bulking. Though when I cut, my cardio is tip top. So you think I should just worry about gaining as much as possible during my first cycle and diet down after PCT?
 
most pro bb's admit to doing cardio in a "power walking" fashion 3 times a week when cutting down. nothing too strenuous, just getting the heart rate up for 20 mins or so.
