If you're really worried about it just sit down when you inject and then you have no chance of hitting it.

Sust in any amounts in my quads puts me down. Hurts like a b*tch! I had to stop doing quads with it and go back to the glutes.

Me too bro! I can't shoot quads at all. I tried 4 separate times and couldn't ever aspirate because I kept hitting shit that fucking killed (and yes I was injecting in the right spot). Finally on the 5th time I got it in without _too_ much pain and shot it. I couldn't walk properly for a week after that. I had to take a day off from work one day it was so bad.

Man, i cant believe all these responses. YES it is possible to hit ie aggravate the psciatic nerve. I have been bed ridden twice because of this. Its an excruciating pain beyond description. Its like a cramping violently then pulsing electrical jolt thats continuous. I was literally screaming vocally. Happened twice and is why I will NEVER do a glute shot again!

For me it's just Sust though. With Cyp or Enan, EQ or Deca, no pain what so ever. I think it has to do with the Prop in the Sust. I love my quad shots as it's hard to turn around and hit my glutes. I seem to have to go through a stretching routine just so I can reach around without cramping!

Umm... how the hell can you inject your glute if you are sitting down?? I mean, if I sit, I'll be sitting on my glutes, and when I'm sitting on my glutes, I can't inject them.

Or were you talking about quad injections when sitting?

I´ve read a study that stated that glute injections have a superior absorbancy rate over any other injection site. My quads are so full of scar tissue that I need a hammer to get the pinz in, so I switched to glutes and it´s much easier, less painful and it might produce better results.
