I went through the same deal. I got super ripped but everyone I talked to said I looked too skinny . . . It was mostly in my neck and face too. I put 10lbs back on but pretty much lost the abs. If you keep a really clean diet you can put on muscle and keep the abs some. You'll gain some fat, but it will be preportional to the muscle gain, so your body fat percentage should remain the same. I am going to try to get ripped again for the summer but spend a longer time cutting, so I don't lose as much muscle. This is just a case of battling my genetics. I can be either ripped or more muscular, but not both at the same time . . . . some people are screwed that way
