Is it possible to lose 20-30lbs in 5 weeks??

Hi I'm going on a cruise on Feb. 19 and I need to lose some weight. So do you think its possible to lose 20 possible 30lbs in 5 weeks. If so could you please give me some feedback on how to do this. Thanks in advance for all your help
 
You'd need a daily 2000-3000 kcal defecit, which is batshit insane and will probably kill you after 5 weeks.

You'll most likely die trying, but if you're serious about it, you could try this:

- Eat water and multivitamins and nothing else for the next 5 weeks.
- Do 2 hours of HIIT every day.

On the bright side, the friends you don't like very much won't be going on the cruise because they'll be stuck at your funeral.
 
To do it right.. no it is no possible.... but good luck with that..
 
I don't know if any of you have been watching the biggest loser, but one of the females on there said she lost 31lbs in 5 weeks
 
Training and eating right is all they do on that show.. Unless you have that kinda dough to get someone to help u out every waking hour.. your not gonna do it hunny
