is it possible to gain LBM without any BF?

i am planning on doing a 12 week cycle of 600mg enanth and 400mg eq. i want to achive a lean muscular look but with no bodyfat. i am not concerned with weighing in at 250lbs. right now, im 186lbs at 5'10. i want to put on a solid 14lbs without fat. i was planning on running clen/T3 with this cycle to prevent any fat gain, as well as cycling my carbs (4k-6k clean cals w/400-600carbs) and doing cardio 4-5 times a week. would this be of help in preventing any bf from being stored? i want the physique that guys like tito raymond, lee apperson, etc. have. not into the bulky thing. any help would be appreciated
 
well suppose you already have the EQ and enanth and you dont want to use three AS
 
Yes you can gain muscle even while losing bodyfat, maybe not as much as when bulking, but you will make gains, a clean high protein low carb diet is a must. Cla is a very valueable supp. for this purpose. Anavar works wonders for LBM gains while restricting cals.:)

This article explains how fina/var/winny and dbol all can help reduce bodyfat, due to different receptor mumbo-jumbo. Its a good read.

T3 and or T4 as well as ECA can help keep you trim on cycle.

But diet and training(weights/cardio) are number one.:D
 
Last cycle I gained 20 lbs. and only 1 pound was fat. I had my BF measured before and after in the Bod Pod which tells you how much lean weight you have.
 
thanks for the reply all. i do not want to lose BF i want to add LBM without adding BF. i know about fina and var adding weight while trimiming fat but i was wondering if its possible to do it with EQ and test. i'll check out that Tmag site when i get home. thanks for the link.

DJ, gaining muscle without gaining lots of fat is always a concern of mine because I was a fat ass before I got into bodybuilding. If I pig out, it seems like I gain at least a ibs of fat for every ibs of muscle. Currently I'm gaining muscle, losing fat and gaining ALOT of strength.
Diet:
saturday-wednesday calories vary between 2600 & 4000. I try to limit my carbs to 10 grams a day. About 60% of my cals come from fat , and 40% from protein.
Thursday & Friday 7000 cals 60% carbs (pretty much all from brown rice or oatmeal), 20% fat, 20% protein.
Stack (daily doses)
50 mg test prop
100 mg tren
.5 mg arimidex
1000 mg ala
