your juicing, so u should be ok.... i was doing 3 days on 1 day off. so its about 5-6 days a week. as long as your not doing 6 days in a row and one day off, you should be fine.. just get your cals in and get enough rest and you'll be growing :)
 
Sure. But listen to your body. If you're excessively sore or tired, or your gains slow down earlier than expected, ease off a bit on the intensity.
 
like said above listen to your body....instead of workingout more why not change that to harder workouts involving heavier weights with lower reps, just an idea....for me 3-4 days a week is plenty....more isnt always better

I'm on a double spilt program six days a week and I'm an old fart. You young guys always worrying about over training. Just shut up and train.

Plan your workouts so each muscle group has a couple days rest and go for it.
 
For me 5 days works the best. Especially at this point where I'm doing low rep sets. Just work out a split and you'll be good to go.

This is what I've been doing:

Day 1 Chest/Tris/Forearms
Day 2 Back/Bi's/Abs
Day 3 Legs
Day 4 Off/Stretching

Repeat.

when do you do shoulders ? christ i hit delts 2x week when i go

delts get worked indirectly with chest and to a degree back (rear delts), i have no shoulder day as they get enough from the other 2.....but thats just me
 
Mine is like this
Mon - Chest, calves
Tuesday - Back
Wed - Legs, calves
Thur - Shoulders, abs
Fri - Bis, tris, calves

Sat and Sun off.
 
Bro, you can workout 3 to 6 days/wk. It dosen't really matter IMO. It's all about intensity during those workouts.
