your juicing, so u should be ok.... i was doing 3 days on 1 day off. so its about 5-6 days a week. as long as your not doing 6 days in a row and one day off, you should be fine.. just get your cals in and get enough rest and you'll be growing
like said above listen to your body....instead of workingout more why not change that to harder workouts involving heavier weights with lower reps, just an idea....for me 3-4 days a week is plenty....more isnt always better
delts get worked indirectly with chest and to a degree back (rear delts), i have no shoulder day as they get enough from the other 2.....but thats just me
