Is it OK to train the same body 2x /wk when ON ?

I am looking to balance out my physique and my chest and bis need extra attention...............

If I train them twice a week instead of once when on - will this be overtraining ????

This belongs in the training forum. Only people on this forum will advice to to training a body part once a week. Over there you will be told 2 times a week is a minimum, even for naturals.

My advice is when on a bulking cycle to hammer each muscle 3 or 4 times a week. Vary it depending on how you feel and which muslces seem to need more work, but the more frequintly you traing a muscle the faster your progress will be.
 
Only you can answer this one Bro, Are you growing? Do you grow more with more rest? I find when on cycle I dont pack on as much weight if I train allmost every day. I was noticing if I took 3 days off i would put on 3 times as much weight as normal. So now I train 2 days on 1 off. It works for me but might not necessarily work for you. Its trial and error my friend.
 
Like BBF said man, that's what they call "instictive training". You train according to how your body feels. You have to be very experienced in lifting to know the difference between lifting for size and overtraining. Everyone is different, some respond great to more than once a week training, others don't. You have to figure this problem out for yourself.
