Is it ok to start clomid?

Dude you are supposed to start your clomid therapy 3 weks after your last shot. WHy didn't you research Paradox?

From everything I read, it states that clomid will not raise your natural T levels unless the synthetic test is cleared from you system. I Just read somewhere else that the half life of the longest acting ester in susaton which is deconate has a half life of 15 days.

That is true but that is how long it can be detected in your system if you were to take a drug test. You should of started your clomid after the 3rd week after your last shot to help restart your own test production before it clears.

Do you know off hand... or have any links telling how long it takes for susaton to clear your system & how long it takes to be able to pass a drug test?

You answered your own question. It takes about 10 to 15 days for sust to be cleared out.
