actually this is an interesting question. i have wondered if doing heavy aerobic exercise, like running, tennis, or biking could be dangerous when on cycle, especially in the hot summer sun.
i am not worried for the same reason as khan that it may go thru my system faster (although it is a valid question for us juicers!). i am more concerned of the risks involved with higher than normal blood pressure, and/or temporary changes in heart functions while "on." could this lead to even something as serious as a stroke? any responses greatly appreciated
