Is It ok to binge while on T3???

I am taking T3 and I am on a very strict diet. However, one day a week I like to take a cheat day. However, today, I ate all kinds of junk. I would like to know if this will hinder my fat loss process. By this, I mean, will it completely wipeout the work that I put in the entire week prior. (I am also taking Winstrol.)

I comes down to the seriousness of the lifestyle for you. If you would go to the step of injesting T3, I would seriously limit the cheating. If you're posting for someone to say "go ahead and cheat," I won't do it. For me, once you chear its very hard to go back to normal dieting. Only you can decide these things, but I would say do cheat meals instead of cheat days. That way, you can plan it out.

binging is one of the most cowardly things anyone can do.

eh? where's the connection between bingeing and cowardice?
bingeing is always due to:
i) physical needs (i.e. body requires certain nutrients that it's been deprived of while dieting)
OR
ii) emotional need (eating because your angry/bored/anxious...)

cowardice just isn't a factor.

I think cowardly is a little strong, but people can certainly eat out of fear and uncertainty, just as others might drink or use.

Binging is bad, but a high calorie refeed day (which can be easily over 5,000 cals for some) is crucial for success when when has already lost a good deal of weight or is under their set point bodyweight....
