Is it just me or does everyone seem to get sick when doing a 1-AD cycle?

I remember several of you other bros mentioning that you all got sick while on 1-AD.

Strangely enough, I got sick the first day I started taking it. I mean, it might just be coincidence, both my mother and my father in the house are have been sick for the last week. But it was like Friday morning I started taking the 1-AD, by noon I had a scratch in my throat, and by Friday night after I got home from the gym I had a nasty cough and intense body aches.

Anyone got some feedback on this? Thanks.

i got sick 2 weeks post cycle...


but the scratchy throat is part of the side effects. the body aches, are you over training?


alot of people seem to get sick after but im wondering if its just coincedence.

I guess I'll be the control. I NEVER get sick. I'll let you know if I get SARS or some shit once I start

Well, good news, it's Saturday evening now and I'm feeling alot better (which is good since my parents were sick for a week and needed to take antibiotics). So hopefully a little more rest and I'll be ready to get back into the gym on Monday.

I guess it's a testament to the antioxidant abilities of all the vit C, E and r-ALA I took.........I guess.

Ive never heard of someone getting sick from 1-ad, nor do i think its possible. GETTING A SIDE-EFFECT is more likely to happen NOT SICK!!

If you have a probelm when taking the 1-ad

1) Problem: If you have dry/scratchy throat, its becuase of the 1-ad.

Solution: Eat more when taking it (it'll digest better through system and youll get less of that extra shit in your throat) &/or drink more when taking it.

2) Problem: If you are "sick" -- (i.e.) stomach cramps and what-not...

Solution: EAT MORE WHEN YOU TAKE IT...Its will PASS BETTER!!!

3) Problem: You get headcold/flu-like symptoms while taking it....

Solution: There is no solution, becuase chemically and physically there is no way for 1-ad to cause this...so if ya think thats why your sick, think again.
