Is it just Me or Do Ya'll Get Tired of the Body Building Thing?

I enjoy training, but i have much more in my life than going to the gym.

I train three times a week now, which gives me plenty of time to enjoy doing other things, while still growing.

Luckily, due to my metabolism, i eat whatever i want when i want......but i eat quite clean because i enjoy the taste of fresh food.

85% of women don't give a crap if you're muscular or not. As long as you're not overweight, women are more interested in facial appearance and personality, whether you like it or not.

85% sounds about right...but i'd say 100% of 16 year olds love the bodies and most older women give me ALOT of attention

When I get tired of training I just take a week or 2 off. Thats usually all it takes to get me motivated. What I do get tired of is eating. Gorging myself when bulking, and starving myself when cutting. Not to mention eating 7+ times a day.

All in all I think it's worth every minute of it. I look at my friends who drink 4 nights a week, eat fast food everyday, smoke cigarettes, and think I wouldn't trade with them for the world. I've come a long way from 7 years ago, and I'm damn proud of it!

Beats a crack habit!

Couldn't have said it better! Good post!

I GUESS WE ALL GET THOSE MOOD SWINGS EVERY NOW AND THEN GOING TO THE GYM. IT WILL PASS THO.

12 years of lifting right here , I'll be tired of it it the day I squat 400 for 20 (it's gonna be a whil methinks).

The only thing I dislike is that I don't have the hours I used to have at work and thus have to work out at 5am. I hate it. Thus I have to get up insanely early to eat, go back to bed, and then go to the gym. If I still had the option of being at the gym @3pm I'd be a happy kiddo.

That's really my only complaint though. Everything else-- diet/training keeps me sane.

Imagine what it takes to dedicate your life to it. I for one have been training for 14 years and spent the first 5 doing everything wrong.

I love to train and have never once been sick of it. I don't take the diet side of it too serioulsy because I think that is what most of us get killed off by.
