is it hard to start a message board?

get phpBB software and instal it and set it up. Your ISP should be able to step it through.

A bb the style and size of EF is a WHOLE new ballgame though. The amount of bandwidth needed, and the sheer monstrosity of hard drive space for all the messages would be VERY financially prohibitive for the small guy.

there are far too many bodybuilding sites at the minute, but people love a good message board if you got a good idea
