Finally some one siad it. For the past two weeks all his posts have been harsh and aggressive.

well, i thought because after the areaollas get hard from the air or by the touch, it goes away, so I figured it is just fat or water retention from the cycle. When I excercise a lot, the puffy thing disappears for a while. I was told that gyno is an actual hard lump or maybe a hard pea sized object beneath your nipples. I can feel small smushy glands about the size of rice..so i don't think it's gyno..

Actually gynecomastia is a contour problem and can consist of gland, fat, and typically both. There is a thin muscle just under the nipple areola skin. When stimulated this muscle tends to flatten both gland and fat to a certain degree. Take a look at this demonstration. Both gland and fat contributed to that patient's problem and both had to be addressed as part of the sculpture.
