Is it Even Possible to keep your Gains?

depends on your bodys propensity to hold mass, which is ultimately determined genetically, but modulated by such things as diet, exercise, and hormone levels

short answer: yes, so long as the mass gained was achievable naturally, and you kept up your diet/training

for most roiders, the answer is no, which is why you see many of them inflate and deflate like balloons. around here anyway

cheers

^ this reason is why i haven't taken the plunge.

for me, it would be a never ending cycle

Depends for each person.
I'm a *hypoglycemic, endomorph with a high natty T level.
If I eat right, I lose almost none of my gains.
Bulking for me is easy, losing fat has been a life long fight.

*Hypoglycemia is when the body makes too much insulin.
Insulin is highly anti-catabolic...

All depends, if you are one of the guys that has no base and goes from tiny to big from the get go I would say no. This is the typcial 18-20 year old who juices.

But if you have lifted for years, built a solid base of mass then juiced then I would say yes you could keep most of your gains over the long haul.

Yeah I agree. Diet goes a long way too. I've been able to hold on to my gains, but I know there will be the time when I go above my natural limit and I'll have to fight that fight when it comes.

i kept my gains off var and didnt use pct my first time

hypoglycaemia is a metabolic condition where you have low blood glucose. having a lot o insulin, or a high insulic sensitivity, is just one way to get there

sorry for being pedantic :)

It's sensitivity. I got it in check....except in eggnog season.
