And to all the men... ya'll have always been dominant in the workforce so no disrespect to all of my brothers, but all of you should recognize how much harder we, as females have to work to earn your respect.

What is it that ya'll say in the gym?

GO HARD OR GO HOME..... ain't no different in the workforce.
I dont feel like Ive ever had to work hard to earn respect in the workplace. Maybe I'm just clueless.

You, dear lady, are yet another shining example on elite of what a woman can be...

wife, mother, single-mom whathaveyou.... NOBODY will hold us back.

Kudos to all the women who make every woman (and their men) proud.

As I said before... there are those who DO and those who DONT.

Gender aint but what you got between your legs. Got nuthin to do with what is between your ears, OR in your heart! :)
thank you

very kind words!

Most problems come from women who are workaholics with no sense of humor.

You don't have to beat the men.
Work smarter not harder.
Relax, fun people usually make it forward faster.

The phrase does not always imply that the person actually enjoys their work, but rather simply feels compelled to do it. There is no generally accepted medical definition of such a condition, although some forms of stress, obsessive-compulsive personality disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder can be work-related

In a Utopic world, it should make no difference. The candidate should be evaluated according to his skills and abilities and not his gender. However, it has been said that some jobs are better fit for men and others for women. I don't agree with that, but it's how society categorizes these jobs. Examples of that would be how secretaries, front desk employees and other jobs are sometimes better fit for women. Makes no difference to me either way and I believe in equality in the workforce.
