is it easier for a man or women to go out and find a decent paying job with little to no skills?

which one do you think can find a higher paying job easier if they were both pretty much in the same situtation with not that much experience? no trade or college etc.

Obviously depends on the industry and the position. I certainly have always been more threatened when my competition for a position was male as opposed to female. I work in financial services, and it seems a male appears more credible for management and sales roles. (always exceptions of course, just my experience)
