I don't think any violation was there. I've heard worse, and had worse directed twords me and nothing was done.

I don't know WHY but I like you and the fact that you do speak your mind. Sometimes you are doing the mexican hat dance on someone I like but still respect you for standing up and saying what you have to say, beit seriuos or joking. You take the sharp end of the knife alot for your wit and honesty. You don't suck up to all the chicks around here just because they have tits and an ass. Hell, you don't even kiss my ass dammit tee hee...

But I honestly Know that being able to talk to you and get a sense of your vibe (no asswipes not that vibe) and the tone of your voice... You are a very down to earth intelligent man. Albiet doesnt' take any shit and won't kiss eass to get ahead of the game. I totally respect that, and I'm quite positive that you have more people here that respect you for it than you think.
