Is it absolutly neccesary to take taurine with clen?

Is it absolutly neccesary to take taurine with clen.. If sooo do you think I could just pick it up at a local store..?

Yes you will need it. Otherwise youll have fun with cramps. And yes they sell it at all vitamin stores, etc. Theres lots of posts on this

it's available at any GNC or vitamen store and it's cheap too.

Unless you don't mind those great muscle cramps you get while on clen.

I never used taurine with clen and I never had a cramp. Just depends on the person. I was running 150mcg's a day.

i take taurine with clen nowadays cuz everyone said to do so and cuz taurine is so cheap, but never used to before and never cramped.
