is HuCoG - 5000 any good from rxhealth ?

Just got my package of Ai's , serms and HCG from RXhealth but my HCG is already mixed up and its 1 ml 5000 Im just wondering if this stuff is good to go and how should I use it ? The plan was to use 500 Iu E3D but now i have to change it.

Im doing a 8 week blast cycle, 750 mg test E, should be easy to recover from with my nolva/ Clomid/ Aromasin PCT but still want to use this HCG .

I've never used it since it's already premixed and I don't see how it could be good without being refrigerated but I don't see why places would be selling the premixed stuff if it was never good by the time it got to people. Either way, you can still use 500iu, it would simply be the 10iu mark on a 100iu 1 ML slin pin.
