is hst good when dieting (ckd)?

What are your thoughts on using hst while on a ckd? Would energy levels be too low to get the full benefit of hst?

Probably. But I'm a believer that you NEED carbs for energy and growth.

Are you dieting or bulking? Yes it works great for dieting, for bulking you may want some manner of TKD... the full body workouts are quite draining of glycogen.

It's not unheard of to gain some muscle while dieting, but if you've been training for any significant amount of time, the latter is more likely.
