Is HGH really worth it?

I'm asking if you guys would say it would be worth it for my situation or not... I've got a competition in April and plan to diet starting mid Dec., which gives me 14 weeks of dieting (plus a two week grace to mid april). Now, I've got some fat to lose, around 28-30 lbs to get super shredded and make the light heavies. But, of course, I want to keep as much muscle mass as possible while leaning out. I'll be doing a 6 week cycle of aas starting Nov. 1st- Dec. 15th, then start diet and use s4 till Feb. 1st and stay on aas through show time.

Is GH going to significantly help me lose fat/maintain muscle as I diet if I start around 4 months out? I'd be able to afford to do the 10 iu post workout 3 x week method or alternatively 3-4 iu per day, with sat and sun. off.

What do you guys think? If yes, why does everyone I talk to so strongly support the post workout, high iu method? What were your results using in this way?

Thanks in advance! I'll give as much karma as I can for help!

need atleast 6 months of hgh to see good results imo... some seem to respond great to it and others not so much .. i personally love it

give it a run and see how it works for u .. only way to tell for sure

thanks man! I've done a lot of reading. Just didn't know if it would be of a big help to my contest prep or not.

I am 24 and I absolutely love it, I see results with such an affordable dosage its amazing. My girl loves it as well!

I am so tempted to run HGH. The problem for me is it has to be refridgerated and it will be hard for me to hide vials in the fridge without someone stumbling upon it.

And...if anybody has any ideas on how to hide GH in the fridge or if there are alternative cooling methods, please let me know!

Good luck on that, someone once mentioned in a box of food in the fridge - In my opinion you really need to have your own fridge or atleast come to terms with whoever else may have access to the fridge that its yours and do not touch :p

on an alternative cooling - my partner and I were just discussing this for when family/visitors come what to do? We decided that they sell those "cool boxes" that you plug in to the wall and it keeps it cool - only hold like 2 soda cans worth of space but I bet it gets the job done! Last time I seen em at CVS for like 25$

Ah, thanks man! Definitely something to look into...

for contest prep reasons I never really thought it was worth it...I get just as lean without it, it just takes a tiny bit more work to lean out. As for helping you hold mass, I honestly believe the juice does a better job of that. If cost isnt an issue throw it in, but its definitely not necessary. Not to mention some people bloat from it, I am one of those, so it makes your last week prep challenging figuring out when to drop it so you come on stage as dry as possible.
I felt like my cash was better spent using it offseason along with some good cycles to add more mass to my frame

HINDING SPACE - get a box a baking soda, dump out the contents and toss your gh into it. alot of people have them to control odors in the fridge, so they generally don't look into it. just stick it in the back corner behind eveything else on the bottom shelf or something like that:)

Thanks man, that's the kind of info I was looking for. Right now things are kinda tight. I'm single, live alone, so I can afford it. But, there are other bills to think about that would be more responsible at the moment. I'll probably hold off because my only concern was retaining mass while I dieted and I think I've got that pretty well covered with aas.

Of course, I may change my mind and go for it anyway :)

Hgh for mass yes, for cutting definately not worth it IMO.. I've been on it at 4ius for almost a year and during my cutting phases I didn't feel like it added much at all but now that I'm bulking I feel like it's keeping me lean even though I'm eating shit tons of food so in that respect it's definately worth it.

Thanks man, valuable info! Saves me a few hundred bucks and months of trying to make that work!
