I'm very happy with the results of both unique & gwp. I picked up all 3 I plan to run ss my last 2 weeks. I have to say and I hope this doesn't offend anyone, it's just my opinion. Unique tastes a HELL of a lot better than gwp. Lol the fat kid in me just came out I guess. Always about tastes lol. They're both great though! I would compare each weeks cardio progression to about a months worth of work. It's great. My diet dialed in I'm dropping just about a lb a day. I'm loving GW!
