Many years ago I was given the advice by one of the greats on this board to put glutamine in my work out drink (drink to be sipped while working out) to get the most benefit.
A year later a knowledgeable friend of mine told me this was not a good idea. He said glutamine must be consumed immediately after adding to any liquid as it destabilizes quickly.
Who is right?
Anyone know of any science to support either statement?
