It kicks in immediately but takes a few weeks to fully saturate your receptors. By the end of the first week you will start to see some changes in body weight as you start putting on water, by the end of the second week I will have usually gained about 8lbs of water. Libido changes in just days, like 4. By week three or four you will see changes in strength and very rapid recovery rates. Weeks 4-6 or 7 are the best, in my case, for strength and size changes.
Front loading on first cycle (or any) just opens you up to all the risks of sides, only it becomes MUCH harder to get them under control. Learn how you respond to gear before front loading.
