Yes,

A friend of mine has used their products before although I have yet to use it myself. The labeling and quality seem to be pretty good.

As far as I know its being made somewhere in Ukraine, never heard any good reports about it. There are tons of gear which is better than that! I`d stay clear.

Ret is absolutely correct. Its UG stuff from former USSR republic. Quality is still a question...
