Disco? He probably means Disco House or Funk House (Roger Sanchez and Junior Jack are good examples). I doubt he means songs like 'YMCA' are coming back. Although... I did hear a house version of a Beatles song a few months ago - maybe the 60s are coming back? Haha.

Disco tried to make a comeback with roller-skate rinks, but no.
I thought tribal was on its way out too, or changing... going more towards Spanish-style beats, maybe more songs like babarabatiri coming soon?
