Is cardio needed for me?

Do you think sprints are good cardio to drop fat, Sofa? I was gonna start doing sprints this summer since I love running..It seems most people think walking is the best form of cardio to lose fat.
 
Find a pickup BBALL game somewhere.

I play 3x a week after work, it's all the cardio I need.. a grueling hour long workout!

Now that i sprint on a reguar basis can blast through workouts and take less times between sets.. Just don't everdo it.. I prefer sprints since it is short and intense and won't cause you to be that catabolic

LS has given solid advice. It would be a good habit to get into since you are new. I would advise 15 min. x 3 times/week @ around 80% of your max HR.
