Is buying expensive designer jeans considered faggish?

I think so. I went to the store today to get a pair of $19.00 Jeans. They're brand new. No fades or rips.Then I see at another store some pairs of jeans selling for upwards of $300

Does anyone here buy those expensive designer jeans that come pre-faded and pre-ripped? Why the fuck do people buy those? How did this trend start?

i bought a pair of jeans from Express (which I know is not designer), and spent about $80 on them - and they do have holes in both knees. I'm wearing them now kinda thinking it was a stupid purchase. They are comfortable.... oh well.

I'll spend 100.00 max on jeans... There's a diff from jeans that cost 19.95 I know females will spend a couple hundred on jeans... Anyways a 19.95 pair of jeans jus say "I'm a broke cheap bastered" ofcourse I own 20.00 jeans to but u won't see me at a club or social event erring em

I wear True Religion, which go for up to $300 per pair. I usually wait until they go on sale, though, so I dont spend more than $100-120. I only started wearing them about 2 years ago (prior to that I was all about $40 American Eagle). These jeans fit way better, make me look better, and last longer.
