IS BIG BLAST ALL That Great?

it says to take in 10 to 25 grams of super plasma protein a day, if u supplemented superplasma for all your protein shakes would you make it like 40 per shake? or is 110 to 20 grams of super plasma protein equivilent to say 40 or 50 grams of regular whey ?

1 gram of super plasma blood serum protein is like 10 grams of reg protein bro..

Also adding even a as little as 1 gram or less of blood serum protein to your regular shake almost doubles the effectiveness of the protein in that shake. making a wtbm 22g peotein shake more like a 36-42g protein shake. its like adding a octane booster to got 87 octane and making it 97 octane just by adding a tiny bottle of the booster into a full tank of gas bro.
 
big blast is the best post w/o i have seen. its also good first thing in the morning or any time if you have a hard time gaining weight.
 
I know this and so do you. However I have a guy who says money is not a option and he wants to use nothing but plasma protein exclusively. exchange all the shakes and protein products he used to take with pure plasma every day. To test out how much more effective it would be... My guess is it would be amazing in gains but also put him in the poor house too lol..

Still If he wants to do it I wanted to help him do that.

It'd be interesting. I'm sure he'd make awesome gains if he's consistent.

SPS by itself doesn't taste BAD but it's kind of chalky and bland. It really needs the right blend of ingredients to make it work. For me, BIG BLAST is a pleasure to drink but some guys are really hardcore and will swig down anything that'll help. If he's as hardcore about his training, he should see some good results.

Then again, you can't take it all day long and that's where GEAR fits in. Even if he put the SPS into caps (which would be a tremendous pain in the ass) he'd be missing out on some of the other factors.

So, bottom line -- SPS is great stuff and it won;t disappoint. But there's an easier, more practical and more economical way to get it.

if you up the protein you may not get it all at first but your body will adapt over a short period of time and start to use it.
