Is any one here 100% drug free?

I am talking about no caffeine, liquor, ephedrine, synephrine.

no supplements that amp you, and not even coffee in the am.

I just realized that for the past year or so I have been having an eca about 3 times a week on average.

and I think it has actually hindered rather than helped "progress"

Thought of being devoid of all substances for a while has been seeping into my mind, and it's taking hold.

are any of you completeley drug free.

if so How do you get up in the morning.

I want to start tommorow,

I am wondering if you have any tips for those trying to get cleaned up:bawling:

 thanks

something warm to drink in the morning wakes me up or else i have water or juice.

i generally drink water all day. lately i've been consuming pop though..

once you wean your body off of caffeine it'll be ok.

i've never done an eca in my life.

a tad on the judgemental side, don't you think? if you've never experienced depression, i doubt that you are capable of voicing an opinion on that...

HOWEVER, i do think therapy *with* the drugs is the way to go.

I think when one discontinues caffenine cold turkey and ephedrine too.

the crash is really hard for a couple of days....but recovery is quiker.......

(fingers crossed)

I just do not like the idea of weening my self off.

oh well I was hoping for "cold turkey" responses and experiences

I have experienced depression and I will agree that I was a weak minded bitch for having to take anti-depressents.
