ever really happy?? I mean yea you feel good about yourself when you go out and you see how many fat and out of shape schmucks there are out there....but I'm talkin all alone in the bathroom just you and the mirror???

me,i will never be,no matte what i look like, ive saw pics of me a few years ago and i look a on better but am not happy nor ever will be

I think thats whats so great about working out to change your physique. You are never satisfied, this is also why this group of athletes are always in shape and ready to call upon their bodies. The determination to strive for your own personal gain is the strongest determination any one can have.
I am not a bodybuilder persay, seeing how I love to surf, but I do live the lifestyle, just my diet and exercise are more tuned towards surfing purposes.
But I still look in the mirror every day and think about what I can do differently to change my body.

Im fucking happy and feel good about myself especially when looking at the state of the general population - I also could admit to having BDD - but never being satisfied makes me work harder.

The physique is extra! The millions make me more than happy!

"A man may desire to go to Mecca. His conscience tells him that he ought to go to Mecca. He fares forth, either by the aid of Cook's, or unassisted; he may probably never reach Mecca; he may drown before he gets to Port Said; he may perish ingloriously on the coast of the Red Sea; his desire may remain eternally frustrate. Unfulfilled aspiration may always trouble him. But he will not be tormented in the same way as the man who, desiring to reach Mecca, and harried by the desire to reach
Mecca, never leaves Brixton."
Arnold Bennett - How to live on 24 hours a day (1908)

Happy? no. Less unhappy? YES!
