Prop should always be shot EOD. So you shooting it 3 or 4 times a week if you do EOD. Do at least one cc per shot if its 100mg/ml.. Or you can do a mon wed fri shots of 1 1/2 cc's of 100 mg/cc.

well my last cycle i did1 cc a week of prop and 500 mg of eq,so is it wise to lower the dosages like that and how would i split the injection on the prop???

1) "1cc of prop" - This doesn't tell us how much you are taking. Post how many mgs/ml the Propinate is.
2) Propinate needs to be injected EOD, otherwise you'll have wildly fluctuating test levels.

Read up on some steroid profiles. You really should know alittle more about the drugs you're injecting into your body.
