of sleep necessary?? I literally get maybe 4-5 hours a night of sleep and I seem to function fine during the day...this will catch up with me eventually and I'll probably drop dead but I'm one of those rare people that does not like sleep....insomnia is a bitch...
 
When you do sleep for more than 4-5 hours, do you find you function better during the day? I do. I can actually get by with as little as 3 hrs, but I'm all fucked up the next day.

When I want to, I can sleep solidly for 12-14 hours. On average, I get about 8 per night.
 
With the schedule I work, somedays I get 3-5 hours sleep a day for several days in a row. In the end though I just crash and sleep for 8 or 10 hours.:(
 
if im exercising 6-8 hrs and i can survive till the weekend, anything less and im toast

if not (like a week off) i can get thru with 4-6
 
im dieing off 6 hours sleep
normally i can go with 4-5 but drill for 3.5 hours a day is killing me
i cant even lift im so tired
