Is $360 a year a good price to pay to have a business website?

How much would you charge someone to build a webpage on homestead professional? It will be a hobby/business page but nothing complex. They charge $400 to build the page for you but I told the lady I would do it for $200. Is that a fair price?

depends, are you using nothing but HTML or will there be flash involved? I have made HTML pages for people before for free...
I use to know a guy that i use to play Unreal Tournament multiplayer with, anyways, he built web pages, 200$ flat rate, and i think it was like $20 every additional page. It seemed good since it was nothing but flash and that takes forever to make.
