Is 16 weeks too long for a sustanon cycle?

for your height you are heavy. either you already have a lot of muscle or you need to cut down fat. which is it and be honest, you are only hurting yourself if you run a cycle with too much body fat.

sustanon has a long ester that goes 3 weeks. so 16 week cycle is really 19 weeks.. yikes! and besides your gains usually come the first 6 weeks and then start tapering down as your receptors get flooded. so really 19 weeks is too long my friend!

Listen to the moderator bro, this is excellent advice.

After considering everything said I've decided to shorten the cycle back down to 13 weeks. You're right, you bastards... you always are.

Thanks again yall.

This is my second cycle.

I am 5'7" 190lbs. 23 years old.

My first cycle was last year and I was successful in gaining about 15 lbs of muscle after PCT - 2cc (500mg) of Sust per week for 13 weeks.

This cycle, I'd like to make it 16 weeks. I've had enough time off from my last cycle (it is equal to time on).

My PCT protocol will be the same as last time, which yielded good results with very little sides (mild back-ne) - a combination of Clomid and Nolva for 4-5 weeks - after waiting 21 days after the last injection of course.

So... is 16 weeks too long for my second Sust cycle?

I appreciate yalls' feedback.

At 23 I would say yes...16 weeks is too long.... AND this being your first cycle.

@ alin, it's actually my second.

I also wanted to add that last cycle I did 250 monday/250 thursday. After reading a Sustanon article by needtogetaas, I've decided to do once a week injections - of 500 total to two separate sites - according to his instructions. Example my cycle began today and I did 250 in each deltoid. I've found that separating injections helps avoid the "Sust limp" and soreness. We'll see how the one a week injections go. I trust his advice fully.

Also I learned last cycle that by working out the site of injection I dramatically reduced injection site soreness. Today after both delt injections of 250 each I did shoulders and back. Very little soreness in my shoulders. (My first ever Sust injection I did into my quad at night time and then slept on it. Rookie mistake - and I payed for it for a good 2 weeks.)
