Thanks.. Im 29, I'm in this game for 8 years straight. I know my shit. I'm a known figure in my country in the world of fitness. Was even interviewed specially for a national radio show for being a known fitness enthusiast.
It's NOT training. It's NOT eating. I know my shit from A to Z can't you just understand the fact that if you gain fro 500sust a week someone can't even gain from 1000mg of test a week? It's just a genetic potential lake of mitochondrial fucking shit thing or whatever.
Body refuses to grow. Gear is legit (As i said.. super mods approved and acne, test shrinkage, and strength gains don't lie shit)
Why does it that I always need to defend myself telling it's not diet or training but rather some genetic potential (!!!) fuck. Tried everything from high vol to low vol to hit to brawn and whatever.
