Assuming you had only injected once (250mg) of sustanon, and for whatever reason was unable to continue. Would your natural testosterone be shut down by this and need pct?

A week or two of clomid might help. You could always get blood work done as well

I have Nolva for PCT. After a 12 week cycle would expect to wait a couple weeks then take Nolva for 4 weeks, would it be necessary to repeat this after just one jab?

No. Shut down is an extreme word. If your testosterone output is mildly reduced, it will gradually increase while the sustanon is present. You do not need pct,

No it won't. You are not shutdown. You will be suppressed and things will get back to 'normal' very fast. Don't worry about anything. Too many create problems in their heads. 1 injection of sust is nothing.
