Iron Grip Complete Home Gym (Mod Approved)

It's a sick setup for people that wanna workout heavy but alone. The bars have the safety hooks so you can hang the weight up without hurting yourself in multiple positions of the lift. I wish I still had room for it.

LOL @ Avoiding smith machines like the plague. I avoid gym fees, gas prices, annoying cardio only people, and the retarded 17 yr old high school juicers at my local gyms like the plague. I already have this thing on Craigslist and local ads I just figured Id post it up on here in case neone wants it, not like I NEED to sell it, it's just sitting around thats all. If you notice there are regular racks on the front to adjust and support the bar and you can lift without using the Safety hook assisted part of the cage. So yeah the complaints about that part really dont matter. Calling it a sick little setup, for the money, it is just that, you can do most major lifts from home without going to be that douchebag at the gym talking about how big you think you are in front of the mirror. Anyways, no biggie, yeah, shipping cost would be out the ass if I added in all the plates and whatnot, the cage itself doesnt weigh too much, its just the size so it wouldnt be TOO much more to ship, of course it would suck to buy the thing then need to go buy a ton of weight. I can always adjust the price, Im not too dead set on it, although it is a pretty good deal.

Time for some food and some b-ball later.
