With your current stats you may be expecting too much from your cycle. You are already 250 at 6'4 so design a good cycle and that way you know you have done your best and whatever gains you make you should be thankful for, I would say 10-15lbs on top of the already existing 250 would be excellent and anything on top is a bonus.
With the stuff you have access too I would personally recommend:
Weeks 1 - 5: 30mgs of dbol daily
Weeks 1 - 8: 1000mgs of omna
Weeks 1 - 8: 500mgs of eq/wk
Take 1 dbol every 4 hours throughout the day
Sust and Eq to be shot every 4 days, no need to shoot the Sust eod for a small 30mgs of prop. Find out how much you will inject at once depending on which eq you will be getting and work on it from there.
Proviron & Nolvadex for the cycle but the nolva only as an emergency and clomid post cycle 3 weeks after your last shot.
If you can get arimidex instead then just use that instead.
Clomid Day 1 : 300mgs
Next 10 days: 100mgs daily
Next 10 days: 50mgs daily.
If you have gotten that big it goes without saying nutrition and training are the two most important things to keep and eye on.
