i lifted on friday in the SHW teen amatuer division
Squat
1st -575 -felt like and empty bar, but couldnt get down far enough, called for depth
2nd -625 - moved stance in a little, sunk it and blew it up, 3 whites, and a 45 pounds pr
3rd, 675, deep, felt good and strong, 3 whites, for a 95 pounds pr in the squat over last meet.
Bench
1st-440- easy opener to stay in the meet, 3 whites
2nd-505- strong, 5 lb pr, 3 whites
3rd, 525, didnt stay tight, ran out of gas, no chance on this one
Deadlift
1st-550- easy opener, 3 whites
2nd-605- strong, 5 lb pr, 3 w
3rd- 620- this was a tough one, i was tired, but managed to grunt it out and get it, 3w
overall i had a good meet. totaled 1800, which is a 285 pound pr over my last full meet in march (1515, 580s, 335bp, 600dl) and and 5 lb bench pr over my bench meet in august.
