IP China or/and Czech Republic?

I know that there is some IP products manufactorying in both China and Czech Republic?
But does anyone know if they are the same undergound factory, or is it two different labs with no cooperate at all?

Is there any more IP labs located then China or Czech Republic?

Hey bro, IP from Chzech and IP from China are two different companies with no link what so ever. The products from China rent made anymore imo, because i havent seen them for over a year now.
