What's up... Just wanted to introduce myself. Just registered today. Ive been reading this board, researching, and learning for about 6 months now. Seriously researching for about 2 months. Been lifting hard for the last 3 yrs. I do Thai Boxing 3 times a week. Have had a hard time gaining any real mass. I just started on my 1st cycle 3 weeks ago. I'm up about 8lbs. (probably all water). I'd like to get to 220lbs by end of summer. I really don't care about not being cut this summer. I do have a question some of you vet might help with...
I do outside sales, on the road ALL day. I've had a very tough time eating the amount of protien I need to gain weight. What are some of the recommended protien shakes, bars, etc.. Money is a none issue. I'm just getting frustrated. I eat great at night, but terrible throughout the day...
