Introducing Myself....

What's up... Just wanted to introduce myself. Just registered today. Ive been reading this board, researching, and learning for about 6 months now. Seriously researching for about 2 months. Been lifting hard for the last 3 yrs. I do Thai Boxing 3 times a week. Have had a hard time gaining any real mass. I just started on my 1st cycle 3 weeks ago. I'm up about 8lbs. (probably all water). I'd like to get to 220lbs by end of summer. I really don't care about not being cut this summer. I do have a question some of you vet might help with...

I do outside sales, on the road ALL day. I've had a very tough time eating the amount of protien I need to gain weight. What are some of the recommended protien shakes, bars, etc.. Money is a none issue. I'm just getting frustrated. I eat great at night, but terrible throughout the day...

Welcome to the board

The search feature comes in real handy. I like the solid protein and optimum powder. Everyone has their own personal preference though. Also pure protein is good, i like to switch em up.

I'm taking naps. Just went up to 40mgs. Was at 30 for the 1st 2 weeks, and wasn't feeling a thing. This last week at 40 has been unbelievable!
 
Welcome to the board! As for protein shakes I like Labrada Pro V-60, 60 grams of protein and 12 carbs per serving. I also take Myoplex shkes and N-Large 2 right after a work out(helps me get in those extra cals). As for protein bars I like Designer or Labrada Lean Body. Good Luck on your cycle!

As for Protein shakes I love ISO-PURE's, it's a high protein, low carb shake.
GOOD LUCK with the cycle!!!

welcome to the board. As far as the protein goes....I use problend-55, just because it has alot of protein per serving and the caesine....there's only one downside.....it has a little bit of fat in it also....but that's something, like you, I'm not worried about. I don't know about any bars....so I can't help you there bro. good luck
