Introduce yourself

Just turned 40, 5'11, 205, 9% bodyfat-- I have abs, arms, great legs, an ass, great shoulders and more attention than I ever had in my 20s and early 30s. What an amazing ride it has been this past 5 years since I stopped drinking, finished a PhD, ended a shitty marriage of 13 years-- total transformation of my life, spirit, mind and body and still working everyday on making progress. I used to get teased a lot as a kid. Now, I am totally greatful for the years I spent as a gymnast. I think it set up a solid foundation for the changes I have been making. Also started training with a competitive bodybuilder this year-- wow, I have so much to learn. It is about diet, rest, recovery, intense workouts, variety and most of all having a great sometimes grunting sweaty time at the gym with friends.

Hello all. 36 years old, 6'2 and trying to turn 205lbs. into muscle instead of grizzle. I'm new to the site and am looking forward to learning from all your experiences.

Hi !
I’m 27. 5’9. About 125lbs. When I was 17 I looked myself in the mirror and decided to work out, I did it for a year. Now I'm back again.
I’m a hard weight gainer, I think that’s because I hate eating, I mean the process of eating, don’t know really why.
I’m an engineer and used to be a full time snowboarder, I still practice it so I don’t want to loose too much flexibility and I do lots of cardio every day.
I go to the gym because I do like the shape of my body when some muscles can be seen, that’s all.
I’ve learnt a lot in this forum, lots of really professional people here. Glad to be here.

6', 175 Lbs (Which I'm guessing is pretty good for my age, 16). I joined this forum in hopes of getting insight on how to lift weights in order to be bigger and stronger for hockey. When I'm not playing hockey I'm practicing my guitar, on the computer, or out with friends.

Hey everyone. Representing Kansas. Just joined and i hope to learn alot about lifting and getting in much better shape. You could say i have "ok" genes. I'm Hawaiian/Phillipine and some "white" lol. So i got it pretty easy for natural muscle.. and natural fat :worried: I haven't lifted in 3 weeks and have put on 10 lbs. of fat instantly. So heres my short lilfting history.

I'm 19, 3 months ago i weighed 185 at 5'6", and i got really motivated to get into shape so i started lifiting really hard just about everyday. Soo, needless to say in 2 months i weighed 155, AND i found out what overtraining really was. Soo, now i've been off working out for about 3 weeks (ie. what i mentioned above) and have gained a lot of fat back.

So there you have it. I hope to learn a lot about lifting, and probably some stuff about AS.

Hello everyone!
Just joined...currently in US Army and stationed in Korea. I have done a variety of programs.

I am basically 215 and holding onto 18% bodyfat. My goals: functional strength increase and reduction of body fat.

ANY suggestions highly favored. I am looking for a decent 3-day split, incorporating cardio into the regimen.

Looking forward to reading great info,

Hey everyone...I've been away from Elite for a while...but now I'm back...doubt anyone over on this board remembers me...I'm usually on the anabolic board.

Right now I'm on the verge of graduating college with a BS in Clinical Exercise Physiology. Also working as a personal trainer. When I'm done here, I'll probably go on to graduate school for physical therapy (DPT or MSPT). And then I hope to use those credentials to get a job as a strength and conditioning coach (I just passed the CSCS exam) at the collegiate or professional level...and if i can't get a job that satisfies me...I'll fall back on physical therapy and open my own gym.

If anyone has any questions about training, nutrition, strength and conditioning, steroids, etc...feel free to shoot me an email...I must say I have alot of knowledge in all those areas, and can probably help you out...but if i don't know...I'm sure I can find your answers for you. I have access to pretty much any journal out there, and am always willing to help people out when they have questions.

Anyways, good to be back at elite...and to anyone who knows me...drop a line sometime. For everyone else, I'll see ya on the boards.

Happy Training...

Welcome to the boards brother!! You might want to check out the anabolic forum for feedback on your questions. Lots of very knowledgable people on there.

Hey guys,

Basics. I'm a 36 year old male. Height 6.5ft,weight 225 (approx).

I was recommended to this site by a friend at the gym. I'm not an avid lifter, or at least have never been in the past. I've always had a good metabolism, and am pretty active generally. My natural build has always been pretty good as well, but definitely not "bodybuilder" material. Now as I'm getting older, I find myself needing to work harder just to maintain. More importantly, I know there is a lot of wasted effort on my part, and I'm anxious to start working smarter.

What really prompted me was a friend telling me about HST. If anyone is familiar with it,good or bad, I would appreciate any help in learning more. If there is a better way, I'd be anxious to hear about that as well. My goals are not that different than most non professionals. Any added muscle would be great, as well as a more sensical and efficient workout routine. I especially want to work on my abs, which have never been that great (no six pack) but have been tight. Also, I have very long arms, and I feel as though they hamper me with bench exercises. Any advice in that direction would be helpful.

Hey welcome to the boards bro. Good luck with all your goals. As you'll soon find out, there's a wealth of info floating around these boards. As for HST...start out by checking the sticky here in the training and bodybuilding discussion board about training and techniques. Some good info there on HST and many others.

Thanks zxeOO3,

I'll look for it now. This place is huge. I still don't know where the bathroom is in this place.:)

I've been watching these boards for a while, but never felt encouraged to post like I do after reading this thread. I'm really impressed with the level of support and sense of community on these boards.

I'm 25 and thoroughly frustrated with my physique.
I'm 5'6" and an unimpressive 140 pounds, after lifting for three years, before which I was . . . . 140 pounds. I'm hoping that through the Elite Fitness community I can find the insights I'll need to put on a few coveted pounds of quality mass.

If any of you old pros are up to a challenge, I'm a guy with poor genetics, a lot of frustration and nothing to lose. I'm open to suggestion and prepared to go the distance.

i'm 21 years old (approx. 185cm and 90kg {pounds ??}) and trying to find some motivation to get back into working out. up until i went overseas for three months last november, i was working out very regularly but only for around 1 1/2 to 2 years. i had a really great gym partner. working out with him kept me pushing myself to the next level and kept my motivation to keep on coming back to the gym day after day. I suppose the main motivation was that i almost automatically saw results.
unfortunatley i dont speak or see that friend anymore! since going overseas ive lost all motivation for working out. for the last two years i lived really close to the gym and now ive moved further away (no real excuse - its only about 10 min drive now!). combined with studies and work, i just seem to have lost the drive that i had. anyway, im hoping to get back into it asap. stopping exercise has put its toll on the body. the love handles and gut are becoming a little too prominent!
im going to start with a nutrition overhall, and i was just wondering if anyone had any ideas for a very low fat (but high intake!) diet i could go on? or any place i could visit on the web, or any book for that matter?
anyway, this seems like a great thread. im new to this, and as another member mentioned before, ive been pretty amazed at the level of community apparent from my brief time here.
keep up the good work, any help would be appreciated
peace, jim

I'm 28 years old and new to the board. (5'6 137 pounds) I've been in the gym steadily for about a year now. I basically lost my boob fullness to Cardio and weight training so I went out and bought a set a few months ago. Now I'm back at the gym full time again since surgery. I bike a few miles a day and weight train in the evening. I'm back on my 1560 Calorie diet that my trainer put me on and I now plan to bulk up as much as I can naturally. I'd like to get to the point of competing but I have a road ahead of me!!

Welcome to the boards sister!! Dont be afraid to ask questions on here!!

Hi, I am new to this board and to everything in fact. I am 6'3" 250lbs and have no idea on my BF%. I just started working out again after having stopped last year. Hopefully I can seek some answers here.

Hi, I am 21 years old and I am a student. I am on my way to receive Bachelors in International Bussiness. I like to play many different sports, especially basketball. I didn't have a chance to do any weight training when I was a teenager since I had problems with my back growing up. Now that I am physically mature I am serious about lifting, getting bigger, stronger and more powerfull.

I am 5'11", 183 pounds, 14-15% BF. I just started lifting intensly 4 weeks ago and yesterday I tested myself: I squated (bellow parallel) 275, attempted 285 and failed, then I benched 215, attempted 220 and failed half way up and lastly I was surprised with my deadlift which ended at 325, tried 335 but failed. Now these numbers for most of you veterans are nothing but considering I've been in this game for only 4 weeks, I am happy with my results.

I am really glad I came across this board. It seems that there are a lot of veteran lifters who can give advice from experience. I an tired of message boards with bunch of 16 year olds with 600 lbs benches, 900 lbs squats and 50 inch verticals. I am looking forward to checking here often and learn more.

I am a once competitive powerlifter turned bodybuilder. I am 6'2'', and currently weigh about 217-220. I am on what could be called a "contest diet" currently. Trying to see my abs, which has I have never accomplished before. Always been strong, especially my back, but always been at about 20% body fat. Trying to trade in my squat suit for a pair of posing trunks, I guess.

I'm another rook! I'm 16 years old and I've been lifting for 8 months but I'm not sure if I'm doing things right because I'm not gaining a pound! Anyways, I love hockey and thats mainly why I train. I'm 6', 185 lbs. I love being outdoors. I'm new so I've got lots of questions!

Hi
But anyway I'm a computer geek from Savannah, GA who grew up in a split of Shreveport, LA and New Orleans, LA. All my grade schooling in Shreveport. I was a Defensive back, shooting guard, and quarter running all through out Jr High and High School. (I was a skinny SOB) I've more or less been a athlete all my life. But anyway, I choose a more intellectual route for college and went to College at Centenary College of LA (home of Robert Parrish and Hal Sutton). Graduated with a performnce degree in music. I went to Univeristy of New Orleans to get my BS in Computer Science, but I decided to get a job before I finished up. I've been paying for that decision ever since :-) I got a job at one of the large corporations in Illinois so now I'm a yankee. Well atleast my southern friends call me that. I may be back in the state of GA soon as I want to get back to "prime time" (no Deion Sanders pun intended there) , in terms of athletics and computers

Hey group,

I'm 23 years old and I work as a computer analayst.
I was a very physically active person until a life-threatening accident kept me from doing anything even remotely physical (I was 14 at the time)
I am sick of people telling me that I should eat something because I'm so skinny. I've always had a hard time gaining weight. A few months ago something happned inside me and I decided to stop procastinating, join a gym, and get this shit done right. I go to the gym now every other day, in between those days I now study Ninjutsu. My goal is to be 160 lbs. Although now I'm only about 135, I started a few months ago at 129. But only recently did I start to learn the importance of a good diet, resting time, and a lot of that is thanks to this board.

I sincerely would like to thank every single freakin person on this board that either posts a question and gets it answered, every person that posts useful information for us newbies, and every person that answers the questions I have. At this time I don't have a lot to contribute, but am confident that in time, I will be able to do so.

Today is August 9th 2004 and this morning I weighed 135 lbs. My goal is to weigh 160 lbs and have an excellently shaped body by my 24th birthday in October. CHEERS!

welcome herkul (cool name..or should I say kul name) and buu.

herkul..got any pics from your bb days or of you doing big lifts?

buu:

That is a very inspiring story. Keep up the good work. I do however think that the goal of gaining 25lbs of lean body weight in 3 months is a but ambitious. At this stage in your training you should not be using steroids, so just keep at it and keep gaining healthily. Don't rush it, you have the rest of your life to get fit!

Thankyou Lumburg. What can I say, you've gotta have high hopes, and big dreams! Something to shoot for yanno?

Honestly buu I think 10 lbs of lean muscle gain in 3 months would be terrific gains. and remember each additional pound is harder and harder to add. So the next 10 will be harder, and then the last five may take you a full three months. be prepared for then the progress starts to slow and have the dedication to continue no matter what. You will more likely than not reach plateaus at which point you will have to look closely to what you are doing (supplements, workouts, diet, rest) and poke around on here for information. That's what this site is for.

Well I have never done a 1RM of squats but I once did an amrap exercise that calculated out to 454 lbs. I doubt I could actually do that though. I was about 170#.

I deadlifted 405 at about 180 or so, that's my best lift by far.

Best bench was 205 at around 170. I surely got stronger, I never quite coudl get 225 though, and then I broke my elbow so no benching for me.

I am sorry what i that heard. That's terrible.i am truly sorry.
tell me 205 lbs or kg.Results are very good!

One of the things I liked about being your size is running and jumping. Both are easy at your weight. Now I weight like 240 and it's much harder to get up and reject somebody shot ... "get that shit outta here!"

At your size all you really need to do is
1. eat more
2. life more
3. less cardio

The diet links will be especially helpful to you, with the exception being my diet which you don't want to do. I want to get rid of some hamhock before I post any pictures

All my figures are in lbs bro.

Keep on keepin on bro.

Thanks Lumburg. I can honestly say I've never been more dedicated to something in my life. I can't believe how much I've changed.. when I go to the store lookin for a snack, I walk right past the o'henrey's and look for vector bars or the like. I eat like 5 times a day. I /crave/ going to the gym. I was restless all day today at work.. just waiting for the clock to count out so I got hit the weights. It's even spurred me to study Ninjutsu. Something I've always wanted to do. No matter what happens tho, I am happy with what I have acomplished thus far. No thanks to the instructors at the gym, but from info from my brother, and the plethora of knowledge from the generous minds of this forum.

Peace

I'm sorry to hear that Lumberg. No more benching, period?

Hi folks... I have been lurking these boards for a while, though I have never really been all that into bodybuilding per se... but one day about a year ago I woke up to find myself fat, weak, and unexpectedly single for the first time since I was 15 years old... so I decided to do something about it. I switched careers, moved out of state, and started working on my body. I am 39 years old, 5' 10", 170 lbs. now; exactly a year ago, I was 258 lbs., and was totally out of shape. I had a 46" waist then; I have a 29/30 waist now. Yay for me.

I managed to shred down to 155 in about 6 months. (I never did any aerobic activity, I used the lifting machines at the gym... unless you count a 15 minute warm up on a stairmaster...)

For the next 6 months, I worked on getting my strength back up, and have brought my weight up to a really toned 170-172. I still have some chub clinging to the ol' abs, and my ass is mushy because of a double disc-ectomy (L-4/5, L-3/4) in September... and my arms are, well, puny. I am working right now to get a nice 5 day split routine in place and get it consistent... I will be perusing the boards here for input, I can guarantee that... heh.

I really don't have any hobbies, other than my new job and the gym... and I am excited as hell to be at the start of actually building my body, rather than working to burn it down.

You're all probably gonna get tired of me asking questions, but I am a total noobie at this. Talking about it keeps me motivated...

So that's my story... glad to meet ya'll!

Jay

Jay, keep up the great job man. You'll get to your goals with that kind of determination. No worries bro, you can do it.

Ok, about myself:

29 years old, from down under, way too light. Willing to do almost anything to get some meat into me. Oh, shit - did I just type that? Well, anyway - I need to start lifting some serious iron to gain weight. 5'7" at 135lb, I know it's shocking. On the plus side I have naturally low BF, and I do heaps of cardio anyhow. But I'm seriously sick and tired of being skinny.

Max, I feel your pain dude. I'm 23, 5'7 and weighed 129 lbs for the last 5 years. But since I've started to pump iron, I weigh a constant 135 and teetering between 135-137. I'm tired of being skinny and tired of people telling me I'm invisible when I turn sideways. You can do it man, if I can do it, anyone can.

I'm 29, 5'11" about 187 or so.

Grew up as more of a nerd than an athlete. I was on the football team in college and that's what got me into weight lifting. I've also skateboarded on and off since I was 15.

I broke my left elbow severely (as in 3 screws and a pin to reattach a ligament to my humerus) last January. I came back to lifting too soon and probably aggravated my elbow. This past December I had another operation to remove some bone, scar tissue, and 2 of the screws. I can now do some lat pulldowns and sissy push-ups. I am not going to push it AT ALL this time.

I used to be really religious about working out. Now I realize that being well-balanced is the key with fitness just one of the pieces that fit together to make the person whole.

My best lift ever is a 405 DL. Right now I just do squats and leg work as well as pec dec and pull downs. I tweaked my back a while ago so I won't be doing DLs again until that is sorted.

Ouch! Lumberg, you got some serious determination. Keep up the excellent work my friend.

Hey there.

I'm 19, 6'2.75", 205pounds, 12% BF, Waist 34", Not sure of arm measurements, Chest 44".

Max bench: 230 pounds
Max EZ Barbell curl: 135 pounds
Max Squat: 265 pounds

Training since I was 15, Training HARD around 18 months, on and off.

Live in Ireland, Mother's American. Hoping to move to CA next April.

well ive been around a while but havent been active for about 6 months.

my old stats from then were this:
6'5"
220 - 225 pounds
16.5" arms
chest fluxated a lot, average was 50"
38" waist (not a lot of fat, i just have a huge frame"
max bench - 265
max oly bar curl - 145
max squat - 245 (lame for my size i know, but i dont do much of em)
max dl - 425 x2, never did full max, asuming about 435
mex leg press - 750, pop blood vessels in my eye though, lol

now im 6'5" 255, i work construction so my upper body is growing even though i dont have time to lift right now. my legs have shrunk so much it makes me wanna cry, and i got a belly and a half, hehe. anyways, im moving to texas in about a month and im gonna diet down to about 225 and lift 5 days a week. so ill be posting new and improved stats in a few months. :D
its good to be back

im moving to Katy right outside Houston. i cant wait to start working out again, i miss my old body so much. i no longer have the arms or shoulders i used to. i still got power just because im a big guy, but i lost so much strength and muscle, it makes me wanna cry everytime i take a shower. but with how hectic my life has been the past year, i had to give it up for the time being. if u guys didnt see my post i made about 8 months ago, i was kicked out of my house a month after my graduation from high school and my dad moved to ohio and left me here in alaska with nothing. so i was basically homeless, bouncing aruond in friends houses. now i got a great paying job and im saving for the next month and getting outta this fuckin gay state. anyways, im here to stay now. im gonna start back on the atkins diet when i get settled in tx and cut down to a beach body, then slowly bulk. cant wait.

Ive been lifting on and off for 2 years. im 19. 5'8". I say that because I have been in and out of boot camp about 15 months ago, schools, and what not. I am now done and go lifting about 5 times a week. I am a fan of AST, and you will probably find I can be stuborn when suggestions are made that contradict what AST says. I do though take what everybody says into consideration.
Before lifting I weighed 135 pounds, for 1 year I did pullups I weighed 105 prior to doing pullups. So in the past 3(2+1) years ive put on 50 pounds. I really like pullups.

im a skinny man that has trouble putting on weight. i trained in high school for about a year and didnt gain weight, but got much stronger. back then i was 145, and it took me about 6 months to get my bench to 135. five years later, and a much more active self, i weigh 135 average. still have trouble putting on the pounds, and if im not careful i will drop below 130. i started heavy weight training again about 3 months ago. this site has so much info, im redoing my workouts starting tommorow. already got the schedules set.

This is a cool post!

I'm 24, have been lifting on and off for 10 years, but do to many issues in my young life have only trained consistently for 2 years at any given time. I am now in a position to make this a life long lifestyle. I too have wanted to look like Arnold since I was a little kid, but due to my hereditary structural build, I'd be uber content with a build along the lines of Casey Viator or someone of that type of structure.

I'm 5'8 1/2", 200lbs, prolly 17-18% bodyfat by guessing from the mirror, but maybe lower(bulked from 180-222lbs in 10 months naturally eating ALOT and drinking a gallon of milk a day. I was also working a very physically intense job at the time. In hindsight, considering my build and metabolism, I would do a strict bodybuilding bulking diet next time(S), but hey, I wanted to gain some size and the fat just happened to join the ride lol).

As of now:
Neck 16+"
Chest 43"(expanded, 40" regular)
arms 15.25"
forearms 12 1/16"
Waist 37"(Itoo have a naturally thick waist and wide hips, although I am caring some chub)
Thighs 26"(have lost some bodyfat cuz they were 27" 2 weeks ago when I started training again, hmm, interesting, my quads are by far my best bodypart)
Calves 15.5"

Don't have true max lifts, but being back for 2 weeks my best lifts are aproximately

Bench 185lbs
Squat 255lbs
deadlift 275lbs
These are the only lifts I usually reference for total body strength

Goals
BW 215-235 at 10%BF
neck 18"
Chest 50-52" expanded(48" relaxed)
arms 18.5"
forearms 14.25"
waist 35-36"
Thighs 28-29"
calves 17.5"

Bench 405
Squat 675
deadlift 675

Standing Dumbell press 125'sx12
Barbell curl 165-185x10
weighted chins, BW+135x5

And others, but these are my most important size/strength goals and
I am confident I can achieve them. Am starting to use prohormones in a couple months when I reach my previous bests which always bounce back fast from even prolonged layoffs and will use AAS in 2-3 years from now of consistent training to take my body to the absolute peak of what it is capable of doing and then maintain and constantly tweak and perfect that until I reach my later years where I will drop the AAS, add in more extracurricular cardio like swimming and hiking, but lifting will always dominate! Not interested in competing, but I do want to build my body to it's peak potential natural or otherwise.

well i want to give progress report on my self here,i have moved my bench from 155-190 in one month.i am very happy for myself,i weigh 155 currrently from 140, at 10percent body fat

First post here on E.F. thought I'd introduce myself and this seems like a suitable thread for it.

I'm 30 yrs old, 5'11, 180lbs @ 12% bf.
Been training on and off for the past 3 years ( a lot more off than on) but have been hitting the compound lifts seriously for the past couple of months. This is the kind of routine I've been looking for as bodybuilding isolation type routines have done little for me in the past except give me that "skinny man with muscles" look.

Looking to hit the 200lb mark by next summer; just need to keep up the calories and get enough rest/sleep.

mid thirties white male,5'11 230 lbs about twenty percent bf, I am new to this site but posted on a british one for a couple yesars under the same name. I'm having a hard time figu\ing the layout of this site but had to switch as I am inthe states and was hardly ever able to the search engine on theother. one. Ive been working out on and off since teens for martial arts and job as an adult

18. training on and off for two years bc i lost my license for 6 months. 5'7" or 5'8", weight from 185-190. live in virginia, go to school at elon in north carolina. about 14%bf. im always bulking bc i go for size and not definition. i train 5 days a week. i hope to do it the rest of my life.

Hello all. My name is Eddy and I just turned 22. Ive been lifting on and off four about 5 years- (4 of those years w/ no plan or goal in mind :( ) I lift now for fitness and health but my goal is strength/sports improvement. I plan on getting back into the amateur boxing scene and seeing how far I can go- Nationals,Olympics, etc. Lifting is a staple of my training and I think this is a great forum to interact w/ like-minded persons.

I'm 5'10 165ish with a LOW bf%. I'll be competing in boxing at the 152 weight class. Although I don't ever max here are some of my lifts

DL- 345 x3
SQUAT- 295x2 ass to floor
FLAT BENCH- 210x4

Take care everyone

Hey everyone, I'm Patrick. I'm 17 years old and from Kentucky. I took a weightlifting class my junior year of highschool (senior now) and would really like to get more serious about lifting. I'm really weak, and not in very good shape..which is even more reason to go hard at this. I'd like to stay as natural as possible, with just protein shakes, tons of food, and maybe some creatine down the road. I have no upper body strength, it's all in my legs and I guess my numbers are good for my size..lol, I'll post the stuff I'm proud of. I'm 5'11" and weight right under 160.
Chest-36 1/4"
Biceps-12 1/4" cold/flexed
Thighs-23" cold/flexed
Calfs-14 1/4" cold/flexed
Squat-275x1
Bench-125x3
Leg Extensions-195x17

welcome sport, staying natural was the smartest things you said!!!

Good luck to you, soak up all the info you can in here, and ask all the questions you can think of, just make sure you do a little research before you ask!

Hi everyone name is Trent, am an aussie uni student turning 20 soon. Was previously into training but life got hectic and I started making excuses to not train often or hard enough. Weigh in about 80 kg's and 6"2, am wanting to get into rock climbing and the related training so that I am strong in comparison to my weight if that makes any sense. This means clean bulking and serious cardio cutting cycles I guess but that's why I'm here!

welcome trez, and your right you'll learn alot here, and get alot of good pointers, from people that have done it all!!

good luck bro

Peace

I'm 26, 5-5 125lbs. My goals are simple: gain Xlbs lean muscle mass and increase my strength by XX% by the end of the year. I'm well on my way to achieving my goals, given that I don't get injured in the meantime (as I am also playing ice hockey). I have a PR on my squats right around the corner. I can't wait to kill that shit. ;)

Hey... this is my first post :)

My names James... I live in England and I was born in London, but now im at Manchester University studying Philosophy.

I have been training, coming up to 1 year 6 months in December, but only seriously for about 6 months. Its been tricky recently, as moving to the otherside of the country I left my gym and had to find another one (which has just built a fantastic free weights area which opens on Wednesday) - and unfortunetly have been stuck on machines for the last 6 weeks.

Im 19, 5'8, 65kg. Im currently squating 150kg and benching 80kg. I am completely natural no supps, no roids. I have made it my mission to learn everything I can about the sport, and any input will be greatly appreciated.

My goals are to gain a body that I am happy with, to bench 120kg and squat 200kg... for now.

See you on the boards.
Yours in training.
James

newbie to the board, just turned 27, been lifting since I've been about 16 years old off and on between injuries, knee surgery and such like everyone else faces. I weigh in anywhere from 205-220 depending on what I'm trying to do.

Right now I'd like to just try and put some lean mass on and trim up what I have, it's been a long time since I've been lean and big all at the same time.
