Could someone give me a couple options on the net for programs I could use for an upcoming raw meet? I have 3 months and I want to try something new as my training is pretty stagnannt right now.
try a westside barbell routine. very effective, if you do as they outline, and don't do all kinds of extra stuff. check out the articles over at www.elitefts.com plenty of people here that can help you set it up.
