International REITs?

Guys, I regularly contribute to my Vanguard REIT Index Fund but it is all domestic and I am having a hell of a time finding information about International REITs, even though I know dozens of countries have them.

A lot of you are from other countries, any help with this? I would like one that invests in a basket of lots of countries.
 
ok I found this list of hundreds of companies in Europe, Asia, etc....

now how do I find out if they each have a "Vanguard" type company over there that buys all of the REITs for their individual company and packages a product... anyone know?

Be cautious in re: to REITs. The REIT market was VERY bullish last year and many companies in REIT funds are being considered over-valued. We could see a correction in the near future. In terms of oversees REITS, the real estate markets tend to follow one another on a more global scale. Australia dn Great Britan have just had some minor adjustments in the past 3-6 months and I would venture to guess that other property markets will follow suit soon.

Where's my Karam biatch! :)

I agree we WILL see a correction, but as far as when/how much of one that guess is for the birds. when the bulls turn to bears I welcome the buying opportunity. Did you know in the late 90's you could load up on REIT's paying over 10%? ah if I had only bought Equity Office REIT instead of Cisco ;) but I learned a lot from that.

I will continue to hold dividend paying REIT's as 33% of my portfolio.

EOP was a sweet deal a few years ago - Agree 100% on that one!
If your porfoliio performace is anythign like your Karma then you're too damn good bro!!
